Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Before you subscribe, the product page and checkout show the renewal price, the billing interval, and the service performed each period.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email, in no more steps than it took to subscribe, with no call required. You may also email poketips@poketipsservices.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect before your next billing date.

Charges already processed for the current billing period are not refunded, and the service for that period will still be performed. We will email you before any renewal at a higher price, before a trial converts to a paid period, and at least once a year for every active subscription. Any price change is announced by email 7 to 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

Subscription services are performed on your own game account and are subject to the same publisher-risk terms as all our services; see Section 9 of our Terms of Service.
